Picked this up two months ago. Pad, adapter, and cable. Went a good two moths with no issues. Just last week, stopped charging.

I noticed that if you plug the adapter in, the green light illuminates. Once you plug the cable into the adapter, light goes off. I tried this with a different adapter (one that wasn’t a quick charge adapter, but still had a light), and that one did the same thing.

I assume it’s a bad cable? That or the entire product stinks.

And if it is the product itself, any good recommendations? Thanks all.

Step 1: Get a scanner and pull the codes

Step 2: T ry a different cable and see what happens

I would swap in another cable and wall adapter with the disc and also try it on another outlet just to be sure it isn’t the plug itself. Because sometimes it is. Does it charge the phone then? If not then this is what I use. I got a two-pack of them on a deal. Both have been working flawlessly for several months.

Is it for Apple products? And if so, is it Apple approved? I bought a charging case for a phone that was not Apple-approved because the Mophies were out of stock. It worked for a year and then all of a sudden wouldn’t charge the phone any more. When I emailed the company, they said that Apple finally blocked them because they wouldn’t pay the outrageous licensing fee Apple wanted. So I just used it as a case going forward, which I had to remove to charge the phone.

I don’t know if it is “Apple Approved”, but revie ws show both Apple and Android products being used for it.

Have you rebooted your phone? Tried a different usb power source.

I’d just try another cable/charger.

Or buy this for $17:

Anker all day long.  I have four and they all work great.

I bought a wireless charger from Lowe’s for $4. It works fine on IPhone XR and anything else that has been set on it with the ability to charge wireless.

My lightning port is broken already. It is my only way to charge the phone.

My case was the same, at least until Apple bricked it. Then the company changed its advertising to read “charging capability not compatible with Apple products”
